Beschrijving
A clear pool of glass settles into the grain of an old teak root, catching the light like still water.
This glass bowl on wood is hand-blown directly over a natural teak-root base, so the faintly aqua glass cups the raw timber where the two meet. Watertight and sculptural, it works as a terrarium-style bowl, a low centrepiece, or a quiet home for pebbles, blooms or floating candles. Because every root is shaped by nature, no two pieces are quite alike.
- Material: hand-blown glass fused onto a teak-root base
- Size: approx. 25 cm
- Finish: clear, faintly aqua glass with raw natural wood
- Use: terrarium bowl, centrepiece or decorative dish
- Style: calm, organic, Japandi-meets-bohemian
Style it bare on a console for sculptural calm, or fill with water and a single bloom. Wash by hand and dry with a soft cloth.
