Return policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day you receive it, without giving any reason. After cancelling, you then have another 14 days to send your product back. You will be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the cost of returning the item from your home to the webshop is at your own expense. These costs are approximately 7.50 per parcel; for the exact rates, please consult your carrier's website. Custom-made products are an exception to this return policy.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the trader with all supplied accessories and – where reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. Should the product be damaged, or the packaging damaged more than is necessary to sell the product, we may charge you for this diminished value of the product. We kindly ask you to handle the product with care and to ensure that it is well packaged and complete when returned.

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of you registering your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order.
